The Art of Impermanence in Solitude & City
An exploration of both the aesthetics and practices of transience, the naturalness of “the solitudes” and means for being at home in the community of city life. Each evening includes beginning instruction in meditation and a short sitting period.

Threshold Journal: No Burden or Barrier
Join Myotai Sensei for an exploration of writing practice as a way returning life to the present, where all the possibilities exist. The day will include meditation, and exercises based on the Song of Zazen by Hakuin, and the poetry of Buddhist nun and artist Rengetsu.
